Player can turn on when connected to a computer, doesn't manually turn on

Hi,

If I connect the mp3 player to a computer, it turns on, no issue.  Once I remove it, and start playing music, I have no problems.  However, once the device shuts off (it seems to do so automatically after a period of innactivity) I am unable to turn it back on by pressing the buttons.  Any insight?  Thanks.

Have you tried resetting it? Press and hold the power button down for 20-30 secs. Release, and then press it again momentarily. With any luck it should start up normally.
