I have a san disk cuzer guide its a 32gb drive.I recently used it to get a recovery operating system for her google chrome operating system.After reinstalling her sysstem i formatted my pen drive using the microsoft option.When it was done it stated that my pen drive only had 13.9gb of storage,this pen drive is a 32gb drive.I do not understand how i can lose space on a pen drive,also can i get this lost space and how do i do it?
Check the recovery operating system you used and see if it partitioned the Cruzer. Windows can only see the 1st partition on removable drives. Then check the recovery system to see if uninstalling it removes any partitions it created.
