PC only able recognized ONE "My Passport Essential SE" when plug in 2 same model devices!

I’m facing a problem with my device “My Passport Essential SE”. It was working well but problem are PC only able recognized ONE devices when plug in 2 same model devices.

For my opinion, it not so friendly users!!!

B’coz when I want to share files with my friends that using same model. PC was only able recognized ONE of the devices.

With this problem, as customer I not able share anything with anyone that using same model with me!!!

I hope WD able solve this types of problem. So that we able buy more same model WD HDD

This is a common problem and it’s from Windows. The quick fix is to go into Disk Management and give the drive different letters and make sure they are online.
