Saw this problem a few times and never any solution.
Two days ago, I entered my password and my drives opened no problem.
Updated the software as requested and now I can’t open either drive.
To say I am not happy is a massive understatement.
Anyone have an idea? (Yes, I made sure my caps lock was off. Yes, I went veeeeeeeery slow to make sure I entered it correctly as it seems WD thinks we can’t handle being able to actually see the password we enter - ever.)
