PassPort studio, convert from Mac to PC

I recently got a 1Tb. Pasport Studio on line.  When it arrived, it is set up for Mac.  I have  PC, so I need to re-format to 

be compatable with my windows os.

Please help with info!!

It will need to be formatt NTFS for Windows. There should be a quick format tool in the downloads for your drive at WD http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?wdc_lang=en&fid=wdsfMyBook_Studio  get the SES driver also.
