Passport HD Duplicated Lettered Drives

Passport WDBYFT0040BBK-OA plugged in and did something that caused the E drive and F Drive to create a duplicate drive in Windows Explorer (W7). I can’t disconnect or get rid of the second duplication. The E is a solid state USB portable radio with MP3 and the F was another USB external storage drive. The customer plugged it in and run some WD EXE the set up said to run and that is when it duplicated the drives… Reboot and nothing helps… I don’t want the passport to back up these 2 drives…
