I reformatted the drive and downloaded the WD anywhere Backup program. Selected Advance back up so that I can backup the C:program drive. This back up is taking 3 DAYS! What is going on???
Hi, what are your PC specs? Have you tried to copy files manually to see if you get the same transfer rate? You can also try connecting the HDD to another computer and check if the same problem happens.
