Need help…i have been using my passport on my windows xp computer…i went on a trip with work and plugged it into my windows 7 work computer. it worked for a little bit then it only showed up as an E: drive and not usb storage. know everytime i try to click on the drive or eject it the computer freezes up and doesnt respond, as soon as i unplug the passport everything comes back and responds to what i was doing. any suggestions?
Hello, be sure to connect the passport directly to the computer, avoid using extension USB cables or USB hubs. You can also try checking on the disk management window to see if the passport is recognized there.
