My WD passport 0730 doesn’t show up on my computer.

If i plug it in takes at least 5 minutes until it shows up.

But when I try to open it, windows explorer freezes. When I unplug the harddrive the problem is solved.

Do you have a problem for this ?

Hello,

If possible back up your drive and then run the DLG tool from the WD website, write zero’s to the unit this should solve the problem.

Where can I find the DLG tool ?

And I can’t open my hdd, so I can’t store my items somewhere else
