If a user can’t access the web menu Dashboard of a Netgear Orbi using the orbilogin.com interface, the first thing you need to check is whether the setup process is done or not. You can also type 192.168.0.1 to access the web interface of a Netgear Orbi. During the setup process, you need to make sure that the client device is connected to the wireless Orbi network, not to any other network.
