Opening my media library

I just got a Sansa Fuze + with 8g and it works wonderfully! The only issue is that I can’t seem to figure out how to access all of my videos or songs, it randomly picks 10 amd throws them on shuffle. I tried looking in the mnaual and I couldn’t find where it said anything about how to access my music/video library. Please help, I’m very confused. I have the newer touch screen model.

Swipe horizontally to show screens for Music, Video, etc.

That’s an awful lot to expect people to read a guide or manual to discover how to operate something, isn’t it BR?
