As the drive failed in test and unable to repair bad sector, It is recommend to take backup of important data files from the drive in order to prevent data loss issues.
I had already made my backup. The question was if this disk can be usable again but the WD Tools in cooperation with windows error checking and Windows Check Disk answered all of my questions since the disk now is not even able to complete even a format.
