I just got a 2GB Express. When I plug into my USB slot, it is not recognized. I am running XP Media Edition with all current updates. I have not problem with other memory sticks or MP3 players. Any suggestions?

Have you tried multiple usb ports? also what verstion on Media Player do you have?
