After the flower come on, a white screen says “not enough room for music DB. Please free 200 mb.” Then the player shuts off. Its 3 weeks old and I’m really disappointed as this exactly suits my needs. Pleas tell me how to fix this, or can I get a replacement? Thanks, Michael
Can you connect the player to your computer and use Windows to reformat the player–make sure to use the FAT32 format–and then start over? Note: this will erase the user content on your player; if there is something you want to save and can, transfer it to your computer first.
Quick question please. Does the player do that every time its disk space is full?
