I get no sound from my sansa connect, I have speaker set to automatic your help is greatly appreciated.
if the speakers is set to “automatic”, it should turn on if there’s no earphones plugged in… try also to set the loudest volume andc heck other audio files, if the issue persists, then the problem is with the hardware internals.
You may have already fixed the problem but I recently had the same exact dilemma. I held down the power on/off button for about 12 seconds until it restarted itself. Then when it turned back on, the sound had been fully restored.
