I cannot seem to find the option for the Connect to turn itself off after xxx minutes; a sleep timer. This is such a basic function that I would find it incredible if it were not implemented. Can someone please help me out here? Thanks a lot.
There is no sleep timer that one can set on the device to shut itself off after X amount of time. I never really cared for a feature like that on my device only cause I don’t sleep with my device on, but I can see how that would come in handy for those that do.

The Sansa Connect does go into SLEEP mode after few minutes of inactivity.
You are correct that this is not a configurable option.
