No computer let me see my hardisk

Hello, i have a problem with my two years old “wd my passport ultra”. I tryed all, with mac and windows, every time the disk seams to work, the light on the driver lights up, but on the computer i don’t see nothing. I tryed also various repairtools, like the backup one, but no one worked. On my laptop i tryed to search information about the disk on the global disk information center on windows, when i clicked my wd driver for information an error occured “error 28”. I attached you the error immagines.
