I’ve been from one end of the internet to the other looking for a simple dock or cable for hardwired car use. The closest thing I can find is some $70 dock with an FM transmitter that also has a line out socket. I don’t need an FM transmitter, I just want a cable with the Sansa base connector on one end and output & power connections on the other end. How can it be that no one manufactures this simple gizmo? Am I really the only person in the world who bothers to hardwire my digital sound devices rather than pump them through crappy FM modulators…?
