No boot with 4TB My Drive connected

I have an older 2TB drive and a 4TB My Cloud that works fine. I’ve purchased an additional 4TB My Drive some time back and it works as it should for storage. However, any time my windows system (10) requires re-boot the system hangs up at the DELL logo screen and will not proceed. I’ve found that I must disconnect the new 4TB drive and hard reboot the system to get it to boot up. There is nothing in the BIOS that indicates any issue with the drive but it continues to be an issue with any re-boot attempt. I’ve tried making the connection to all the different USB connections available but the process remains the same with the re-boot hang up. The device serial # is WCC4E4HV2XL2. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Try connecting it to a different computer

Like Ano states, try with different computer or check DELL bios to make sure the computer is booting from the internal hard drive first instead of booting from the USB drive.
