After successfully downloading data from an older computer (OS = WinXP) to load to a new computer (OS = Win 8), the new computer appeared to acknowledge the presence of the external drive, but the drive letter never showed up in 'My Computer". Only the C: drive appears. I looked in devices and the drive shows up as HDD yet no access. I tired everthing I know and still nothing. Any ideas out there to gain access. The model # of the passport = WD3200ME-01
