Newb - Question about the SOFTWARE that comes with the drive...?

I’m on the brink of buying this 1 TB My Passport WD drive (Amazon $79).

But I have two questions about the software.

1)  Does the license allow me to install it on two of my home laptops?

2)  Can I do a full hard drive image with this software (like I can with Norton Ghost, Acronis etc)

2)  Can I do a full hard drive image with this software (like I can with Norton Ghost, Acronis etc) No, WD Smartware will backup your files (Documents, Pictures, Music, Movies) but not the OS or the programs.
