I was able to figure out how to download music onto my new c240, but after about 30 days of use, it is telling me to synchronize. I can not listen to any of the music I’ve downloaded now. What the heck do I do now?
Sounds like you just need to resync your music. If your using rhapsody or napster, you need to connect your player and open your music program. Should happen automatically.
