New Sandisk Connect 32G won't connect to iPad or iPhone

Can’t get it to work.  I can get both the iPad and iPhone to say they are connected to the sandisk network (SanDisk Connect FCXXXX), there is a checkmark by the connection and IP address, etc. assigned.

But when I go in the sandisk app, at the bottom it says Not Connected.  Below that it says WiFi Connnection: SanDisk Con…,

the below that there is a wheel that just keeps on spinning.

The light on the sandisk is flashing white slowly.  It’s fully charged.

Any ideas?  Or is it just broken?

Never mind- finally got it.  I was using the wrong app.
