I have My Book Essential. Windows XP. Backed up all files including “my pictures”. Recently added a new folder of 31 pictures in “my pictures” file. This file has not backed up. Had the impression all files backed up automatically. Did something wrong? All help is appreciated.

Wow, thats a really old version, try updating the Smartware
I updated the software. New version is 1.4.5.2. Had a few problems with the download but got them resolved. The missing pictures were backed up and all seems to be working OK. Many thanks for your help.
