New PC won't talk with old WD Essential used on MAC

My WD Essential was used to store photos, videos and music (I-tunes library). I have a new PC and want to transfer the contents of my WD Essential on to my new PC. Help.

Your new PC is Windows or Mac? and what is the version of the Operating System?

New PC is Windows 10. Old was Mac.
