New Extreme USB 3.0?

Hi!

I noticed some new SanDisk Extereme USB 3.0 devices in the store.

They hava different packaging, but the USB stick lokks the same.

The package says read speed is 245 MB/s, while the older claims 190 MB/s.

The nw one has a product code SDCZ80-016G-G46 wile the old is SDCZ80-016G-X46.

Anyone knows more about this?

Does have the compatibility problems solved (Renesas chipsets)?

That looks like it is just a speed bump for the product. This is done in their cards quite often.

I checked online and there’s nothing said about fixing any compatibiility issue. The speed cahangelog looks to be a good one by the way.
