Can anyone help me with my sansa clip? When i turn it on it doesn’t go to main menu anymore. it just reads SanDisk. It’s as if it’s stuck. What do I do?
Try recovery mode. Turn the device off (Hold power up for 10 seconds if needed)
set the lock switch on. (Hold switch locked). Press and hold the center button.
Connect to Computer using USB cable while holding the center button.
Your device should connect to the computer in MSC mode.
Find the device and right click it and format it.
After formatting, unplug the device and power it on.
select settings>Format > yes
Next connect the device to the computer and retransfer your songs to it.
