So apparently, when I took his Passport from his PC, I forgot to safely eject it. Basically, we suspect that the Passport is corrupted.
Ever since i took it out of his PC, my laptop can’t read it but I was able to get the Error code, which was Error Code 43.
I tried looking for guides on how to fix it, but I can’t find the proper Driver update. All I need are the files in his passport. Can anyone help me?
