Need Help ! My Passport Essential USB 3.0 Won't Load in Windows 8.1

My Passport Essential USB 3.0 1Tb Wont Load in Windows 8.1 !!!

I installed soafware and drivers … I don’t use the drive as a backup … just Movies, Music and Pics.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!! Pics below …

If you can see the WD Unlocker then the hard drive is password-protected. What happens when you attempt to unlock your hard drive?
