Update: I began process, but stop it while completing form cause aks me about my serial number (I have not it where I am now). Anyway, seriously, is it necessary to ask about serial number if I’m talking about a software/firmware issue??? In fact, the only “Category” that match this case is “Troubleshooting”, but I think is more a “Incidence” or “Security related issue”, cause this could be use to inject malicious code by using some characters in the filename or somewhat.
