I want to connect my WD MyBook external hard drive to my laptop running Window 7 Ultimate. The power light comes on the drive, USB cable connected to laptop (cable verified good with another application). No indication hard drive is connected and/or recognized by computer. Box indicates there should have been a “Quick Install Guide” included but it is missing.
