Mybook essential, 0 Mb not recognize as hardrive

Hi, here blow the dashboard of imy mybook that is not recognize any more as hardrive but that I can see in the Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows.

It showing 0 Gb of Capacity …

WD Quick Formatter.exe does not recognized the drive too…

Any sugestion ?

I have the same problem with my MyBook Essential 3TB. The Hard Drive is not displayed on the computer screen, and DLG sees it as a 0Mb hard drive.

I received it 2 weeks ago in replacement for another MyBook Essential, so I hope I won’t have to send it back again. Anyone fixed tis problem ?

Today, my hard drive was displayed on the “My Computer” screen, I can see the files on the drive, but I can’t read them nor copy them. And then, explorer.exe froze and I can’t kill the process…  That’s really strange …
