MyBook Drive Short Circuit

My MyBook had a short circuit. “See Pic” is the a way I can replace the adaptor card? Sorry I dont know the name of the component. Its obvious in the pic where the short is. Ive tried inserting the drive into an external docking station, but the power light only blinks on
