Hi i went and format my hard drive and it has erase everything including the wd files that were on it. i dont need the files i erase but now the hard disk just come up on my pc as d drive and not as wd passport.
do i need the wd files i erase to work the hard disk? if so where and how will i download them back pls?
Reason i formatt it was cos it was not working properly. the files i download gets all jumble up after downloading and could not be read by the laptop.
Is my harddisk damage? pls help
