My wd getting slower

First i had written about my ws which cannot recognize in my pc or laptop…
Next i found that the wd is getting slower to recognized when i have to connect it into pc or laptop…
I decided to f8rmat it but its nothing change…

Any idea how to make my wd turn faster like before
