My video has no audio

So I just got my Sansa e250 - copied a video to it - it loads fin, but there’s no sound.

I’ve checked - it DID have sound before I tried to convert it - any suugestions?

First question to ask, what video format are you trying to convert?

An MPEG (From the properties screen - Movie file (mpeg))

I’m having problems with this also!

you can try to reconvert it after using the k-lite codec pack — that may be the best solution for you since media converter is not seeing your current audio codec.
