My Sansa Clip+ is formatted

When I’m done formatting my clip+ , does that mean I have to reload all of my songs onto my mp3 again?

When formatting, do I have to stick to one PC that allows me to add my songs and not show up “._” 

I used a MAC to transfer my songs before already; but I decided to format it. Do I have to transfer my songs using one PC?

Can I still use a MAC to transfer songs after formatting my Sansa?

Yes.

Use Kopymac (Google it) to transfer your files using a Mac to avoid the ._ prefix. Make sure your player is set to MSC mode, not MTP or Auto Defect.
