My sandisk cruzer edge is detected but not showing the volume (just like a blank card reader)
it is not even as a blank or raw volume & not asking to format. i;ve attached the snapshot…

IMO Try it in a different USB port and in a different pc. If it still doesn’t work return it either to where you bought it or to SanDisk.
