Two months ago I had no problem launching My Passport on my computer with a Windows 10 operating system. Now when trying to open the WD external drive I get a message that says "WD cannot launch with this version of Windows 10. I downloaded an update to My Passport, but it didn’t help. I have no idea what to do. Anyone else had this problem or any idea for a solution?
