My Passport Wireless Pro - 0x80071AC3 error

Start by saying I love my My Passport Wireless Pro, makes my life much easier.

On a recent trip inserted SD card for a remote download as I have numerous times. When I came back to it all the lights were flashing. Tried to connect to mac (which had worked the day before), no luck, connected through android, and saw corrupted images.
Got home connected to PC, can access everything but everything is read only and when I try to copy anything out I get 0x80071AC3 error

The Mac repair tool doesn’t work and neither does the Windows

I really need to get this up and running asap, any ideas welcome.

Looks like you may have a dirty volume. If your MPWP is formatted as exFAT, try formatting it as NTFS and it will help. If you need to access the MPWP from your Mac, you can download the Paragon NTFS from Mac software from the WD Support page:
