I’m trying to see the files that have been backed up. I want to see that it’s working. I’ve looked and looked. How can I see the files on my backup drive?
This depends on the actual process used to add files into your disk unit. If you used the WD SmartWare backup solution, then the files will be located inside your disk drive in a folder that ends with the .swstor extension. Other backup utilities may use different methods, and we would recommend using the documentation related to such utilities or contacting the associate developers.
