A few days ago, when i was transferring large files from my windows 10 laptop into my external hard disk, the file copying said error and i cant stop the transfer process. So, i plugged out the USB port from my laptop. When i plugged it in again, i cant find my hard disk in This PC. It shows connected, but when i clicked eject. It shows Eject VLI Product String. Can anyone please help me or is the hard disk cannot be saved? Thanks very much.
