My Passport Stuck at Checkdisk, need help

I was copying an 8 gig folder when we have powerfailure. When power is back, i plug My Passport and it took around 5 minutes to be recognize and mouted. I did check disk and im stuck at 153289 index for hours so i cancel it. I have around 400 gig of files, and help to recover my files or at least repair the drive?
