Hey guys,
I applied for an rma about two months ago and there hasn’t been any product pick up yet. I have called customer service and emailed them about a dozen times and there was no positive response at all. They just kept transferring me from department to department and then saying that it will be picked up shortly.
But finally I got a call a day ago from someone at western digital asking me to send me the product thru a courier service to their New Delhi address and hung up. He said that I wouldn’t have to pay the transport charges. Has anyone done this before?
And also how should the packing for the passport be?
