I want to reformat my 4tb My Passport Pro from 2 Partitions to 1 Partition?? Can anyone help?

Yes, but please backup both the partitions since you need to delete the second partition and reclaim the available disk spaces. Otherwise, first backup and then erase the entire WD to your preferred format. Bottom Line is Backup both Partitions
