My passport odd mounting

I plugged in my passport, opened my computer and see: Microsoft Office Click-to-Run 2010 (protected) (Q:)

On an HP tower running win7

not getting anything different from other ports

wife’s laptop (hp win7) installed a driver for it, but wouldn’t mount

Its spins fine and lights up blinks lightining fast (looks steady)

Run the WD DLG tool, to verify if the drive is faulty. You can download from Western Digital website.
