My first time asking for help here. My passport does not seem to work. I use WD Smartware and have tried both ; file only and category. At the first the notice in upper left says “file backup complete” or something to that effect. However I didn’t go through All the steps.
I’m not sure what you mean by “manually”. I’ll read what you sent me.
Please let me know if there is a tech support number I can call and they can walk me through this . Or ???
I’m urgent to back this up. I have to get a new laptop but I always prefer to have this external drive backup so I need it to work asap
