Good morning all,
I have a My Passport drive as above mainly fopr storing my photos on.Recently when you plug it in to the usb port it shows up on its own as if you have clicked on it to open.Sometimes when you are downloading photos to FB say it may let you do a couple and then seems to hang with no or few folders showing.So I have to x off it and you may see a pop up window that says close program or wait.Usually choose close programme and start again and it,s ok.Also sometimes the drive opens up on its own.Any clues.Thankyou for any help available.
