My passport essential isn't work but the light show

I email to you because i got a huge problem with your product.
i brought my passport essential 320gb form 15 dec 2009 it always works fine.
but when the warranty it out it has a problem.
When i plug it into my computer it’s not showing up but the light are on.
I don’t know how to deal with this.When it is death.it made my to have problem with my work.

so please help me.

Hi, just in case, this forum is not for tech support. You can call or send an email to tech support if you want. Have you tried checking if it’s recognized on the disk management window?
