My passport errors

Reported faults within a relevantly new and under warranty ‘My Passport’ external drive but, following being forward to ‘relevant department’ not receiving any replies. Anyone else having similar issues?

RMA with WD is backlogged so expect a return to take a month or two

Thanks Vegan. No errors being reported. the Passport unit appears to ‘spinning’ as I can both hear and feel it operating and the small light indicator at the front of the unit is illuminated. The unit does not communicate with any Laptop or desktop I have tried. We have a number of important documents on the unit hence attempting to receive a reply from WD

so the documents are not available on the unit at present?
